Sixteen Etchings were originally planned as illustrations to the Communist Manifesto. The first four images are based on four destroyed paintings. When the etchings are arranged in a square they can be read both horizontally and vertically.
Designed, etched, typeset, printed and bound by the artist at Central School of Art in 1985. Printed on BFK Rives Velin Cuve paper. They were made as a portfolio of etchings presented in a card sleve with hand set type.
